1)     You can make the return up to 14 calendar days after the reception of the order.

2)    You must send the products by your own means to the following address.

3 )    Package the product in the original packaging and insert inside the package the return document properly completed.

4)    You must make sure that the merchandise is well protected to doesn’t suffer damage during transport.

5)    When we receive the merchandise in our offices and our team verifies that it’s in perfect condition we will proceed with the refund of the order in the same payment method used within 48 hours.

6)    We don’t make changes online. You will have to proceed to the return and place a new order.
